Testly is operated by Borno ("we", "us"). By accessing or using Testly, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.
Using Testly requires signing in with a free Google account. Core practice is available at no cost, and Testly Pro is an optional paid subscription — $29 per month or $299 per year, cancel anytime — that unlocks the full question bank, unlimited Testly AI tutoring, practice tests, and analytics. Pro subscriptions are billed through our third-party payment processor, Polar. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Your study progress is stored locally on your device (see the Privacy Policy), so we cannot restore data that your device or browser deletes.

The service — including its questions, explanations, software, and design — is owned by Borno or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own studying (or, for teachers, classroom instruction). No other rights are granted.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Practice questions, score estimates, study plans, and AI-generated hints or explanations are study aids: they may contain errors and are not a guarantee of any score or admissions outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Borno will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
SAT® and AP® are trademarks registered by the College Board. ACT® is a registered trademark of ACT, Inc. Neither the College Board nor ACT, Inc. is affiliated with, sponsors, or endorses Testly or Borno. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page; material changes will be flagged prominently on the site. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
